Sail - A storm called life

PLAY Productions and Duda Paiva Company joined hands in developing the new show:
Sail – A storm called life.

A visual and poetic theater performance about the power of the sea and the futility of man. The show portrays the solo journey of a young woman who sails over the ocean. Sail is a theater piece about the confrontation with nature and thus with ourselves, with mortality, dreams and regrets. Themes like fear, loneliness and death are portrayed through the use of puppetry, video projections and movement.

PLAY Productions makes theatre and a film at once. Her creators make current topic tangible as such as a close-up.

Duda Paiva Company makes theatre with movement and puppetry. The company creates elusive and magical worlds, sometimes painfully confronting, but always with a sense of humor.
